Sarah Whitehorn has framed in Tetbury for over thirty years. In January 2026 the workshop moved off the high street to Silk Mill Studios on Charlton Road, with parking, and space for high-resolution scanning and fine-art giclee printing alongside the bench. Bespoke framing, conservation work, and a gallery of limited-edition prints, all under one roof.

High-resolution digital scanning, then fine-art giclee printing on a range of papers chosen to suit the piece. An original can be scanned, printed and framed under one roof.
Reglazing and repairs, framed mirrors to any size, gilding, canvas stretching and framing, and the stretching, lacing and preservation of textiles, the work most framers send away.
Limited-edition prints from a roster of much-loved illustrators, framed in-store while you choose the mount and glass. A reduction on the framing when you buy a print from us.
As well as the framing, we stock limited-edition prints from a roster of much-loved illustrators. Pick one, choose the mount and the glass, and we frame it here. Below is how a few of them sit in a bevelled mount, the way we would do it for you.

Sarah Whitehorn has framed in Tetbury for more than thirty years, listed with the Fine Art Trade Guild. The same hands cut the mount, choose the glass, join the moulding and gild where a piece needs it.
In January 2026 the workshop moved from 14 Church Street, in the old market town, out to Silk Mill Studios on Charlton Road. The move bought parking, room to print, and the calm to work by appointment, so every piece gets undivided attention.
“Since moving the workshop away from the high street, we have found appointments work well all round. It means we can give you and your pieces our undivided attention.” Sarah Whitehorn, Eight Bells
The new studio has high-resolution scanning and fine-art giclee printing next to the bench. So a fragile original can be scanned, an open edition printed at the size you want, and the result framed in one visit.
A mount is not just a border. Cut with a bevel, it lifts the work off the glass and guards it. We match the board and the glass, clear, non-reflective, UV or anti-reflection, to the piece and to where it will hang.
We work by appointment from Silk Mill Studios. Send a short note for an indicative idea by email, or book a slot online, and we will look at the piece together at the bench. There is parking on site, and out-of-hours slots by request.
